Simple guide for submitting samples

Four step guide to submitting samples for soil health testing packages:

1. Choose your soil health package
2. Decide on sampling location, take soil health samples
3. Fill out submission form
4. Ship samples, along with submission form, to Cornell Soil Health Laboratory

Note:

• Submission forms must be included with the soil samples when shipped. Failure to include submission forms may result in delays and/or denial of requested soil analyses.
• 4-5 cups of soil are required for the soil health analysis packages. Individual analyses have varied required amounts of soil which can be found here.
